    Thanks

    A UK card mate.

Unless it's a Thomson box, then a power off reboot will do it.

I tried that, it just came up saying this is the wrong card for this box.....

A UK card should load the UK EPG. Have you got BBC 1/2/ITV/Ch4 on 101 to 104? These are free to air (FTA) channels. 4 Music at 360 needs an active Sky FTV (free to view) card to watch as it is encrypted but not a pay channel. A small number of other channels are also FTV.

Seeing a 'wrong card' etc message can mean an FTV card has missed it's keep awake signal from Sky and may need to be left in the box for a couple of days to be reactivated.

But if i take that card out will it revert back to the Irish EPG?

No, it'll stay on the UK epg until the power is cut to the box.

Thats what Im asking, is it possible to revert it to the way it is "out of the box"?

so no need for card etc esp after power is cut?

Ive a good few of these in stock and could turn them around if they were this way?

Nope, you need to leave the UK card in to keep the UK EPG if the box was previously paired with an Irish subscription card. A HD box never paired with any card should have the UK EPG by default.
