Three Criminals to Save The Planet

Just watched Guardians of the Galaxy and it got me thinking. If earth was in imperious danger and team of 3 criminals currently incarcerated was needed to fight for humanity and delay an alien invasion, who would you pick?

For me, surely to begin with

Charles Bronson: Sheer determination and wanton need for a scrap would aggravate any potential extra terrestrial attempted colonizers.

Bradley Manning: Could orchestrate an elaborate rouse to infiltrate the invaders computer networks and supply us with inside information.

Gerald Blanchard: To use the skulduggerous art of thievery to liberate key components the invaders weapons systems rendering them useless.

    Your suggestions?

I thought this was about some Green-based plan by FF to re-invigorate their political chances.

We'd never get Bronson back in, Manning is not a criminal and Blanchard got caught easily. I don't fancy your Z-Team's chances.

If the criminal s are worth using at all they wouldn't have gotten caught in the first place. which would explain Mr Haughey

    Manning is not a criminal

No, which is why he (or rather she) is locked up for the next 20 years.

Yes, the US would never wrongly imprison anyone.

She has been convicted of a crime, she is a criminal, regardless of your definition of criminal. In fact she pleaded guilty.

Cheating...Convict Charles Bronson has already helped save the planet (from the Nazi's):

In relation to Bradley Manning take off the rose tinted glasses sunshine,
"Chelsea Elizabeth Manning (born Bradley Edward Manning, December 17, 1987) is a United States Army soldier who was convicted in July 2013 of violations of the Espionage Act ".

Great man to knock someone elses team and propose no one yourself. Not the kind of trollish attitude we need as we face impending doom, not as one man, not as one family, not as one nation nor a group of nations, but as a race.

In fairness though, he's just given me the answer - not the Z-Team....this is what the A-Team were made for.

If we were under alien attack, the prison population would be the last place we would look for help. Unless we needed cannon fodder.

Plus, historically, zombies are pretty crap at getting stuff done.

I take it you have a wikipedian understanding of zombie history, it is quite laughable. Telling that you are propogating a widely disclaimed supposition; leads me to believe you are an amateur. I don't mean offense. And not to be patronising but maybe you should at least read what Fincher and Hoffman had to say on the matter? Their book 'What DIDN'T the Zombies Get Done circa 1798 - 1814' might be a starting point.
