No signal on 28.2E, transponder 11.464H?

Annoying as this is the transponder with all the BBC red button streams. Twin LNB feeding a Humax Freetime box and an FTA receiver. Both are indicating 'no signal' on this transponder. All other channels and transponders are fine. As its on the Astra 2F spotbeam I'm puzzled as to why I'm not receiving it. In Mayo.

    LNB problem maybe?

So, you had these "red button" services but now they're showing "no signal"? TP is alright with me.

Had RB1 when it was at 10773H. Lost it when it went to 11464H. Freesat EPG is showing RB1 to RB5, plus RB HD at positions 981 to 986 but no signal on any when selected.

Did a Freesat retune but still indicating no signal.

And nothing else is affected? Only thing I can think of, bar some odd effect caused by cable or connections, is that the downconverted frequency (output by the LNB) for that TP would fall within the 1800 mHz mobile band, or maybe some kind of microwave fixed link could interfere with the actual broadcast frequency.

No. Just this tp. I checked an adjacent tp (11.582H - Heart, Capital TV etc.) and it was fine.

    Cheers.

I have a spare LNB (single output). I'll try this sometime today and report back.

Tried this LNB and could receive the transponder ok with it. Also checked connections & cables, they seemed fine, and then put back the twin LNB. Problem returned, so it looks like a new LNB is needed.

Installed a quad LNB. Receiving that tp fine now.
