can I email the recruiter stating that Im able to provide quality service though at very start may not pass through too much technical questions? will there be any shifts involved for AHA??
Is it all about taking calls or any email support as well?

Oh!! seems like you are good at decision making? who asked you if i get this job or not?did i tell you am getting this job??
would you say even for other languages I cannot get a job?
No one asked your feelings on this post, this forum is meant for knowledge sharing and as an information center always found it to be helful!
You seem to be a true racist, if have any thoughts about sharing your feelings or thoughts that are irrelevant then go find some other thread!!
am not interested to reply back to you again regarding this type of responses!!!
if you intend to make it a controversial then report yourself to admin that you need to find an appropriate place to go!!!

Everyone goes through the same process, it would be unfair to let you through without passing. This is a technical position and you will be trained but you need a basic tech knowledge to be able to provide that quality service you are describing. The tech questions don't require much technical knowledge, its very basic. If you use a smartphone or computer regularly you should be fine.

I hope you realise the position of AHA requires you to help with customers who could be frustrated and angry; if in the case you get insulted (as seen on his thread) you should be able to handle insults in a professional manner without giving back aggression.

You are definate professional! thank you mate! i appreciate your honest feedback just get surprised why they need to start it as controversial for nothing really!!
look at the way you took it and got back to me?
please rest of the people understand when you work for top firms they dont see how much controversial type you are...they would see how much helpful you are and sharing.....
Ballygowanfirl" I totally agree with what you say, totally nervous as well now, I can do basic tech questions but apple products are totally strange for me apart from the logo I love about so really afraid to miss out on such questions..
They mentioned that i will asked about apple products as well:)
need to finish this by tomorrow!

    Be nice.

And if you have a problem with a thread or post, use the report button rather than discuss it on thread.

    Thank you.

Make sure you know as much as possible about the company history as well as products. They could ask you questions about the founding of the company etc.

There going to ask you questions like:

    What is a USB connection?

How would you fix a problem if Itunes is not working on their PC?

    What is JailBreak?

How would you install an app on a Ipad or Iphone?

A phone has no signal or cant make text messages, what would you do to troubleshoot the problem.

Phone is crashing with a specific app? How would you rectify this.

A user is having trouble printing, how would you rectify this?

What is active directory and what is it used for?

What is the difference between ram and Hard drive

What is the difference between a GPU and CPU.

A users Macbook is constantly freezing. What would be the first steps you would take?

How do you install Itunes on a Mac?

    What is a server?

Users wireless isn't working on a MAC. How would you troubleshoot this issue?

Just questions like the above. You do need to know Level 1 support stuff.

Google "hirevue apple questions". There are loads of reviews on Glassdoor were people describe the questions they are asked. Even if there is training involved they will still want to determine the technical level you are at.

Even if you don't think questions such as above will come up it is better to be prepared for questions that aren't asked than the other way around.

You definitely need to know everything on that list.

Anyone who knows their stuff with regards to computers can answer most of the questions on that list with a common sense approach, you won't get the job if you can't.
