Referral Fee

    Hi,

    If I bring in a new client to my company (Consultant). What is the percentage of referral fee I should be asking for?

    If the client having more projects after this one, do I still get the referral fee?

    Your advice is highly appreciated.

    Is this a construction job?
    Is it "widgets" ?
    Is the value in the hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands ? Millions ?
    What is your company's formal policy ?
    What does your employment contract say?
