before i trained i hadnt a clue what was going on in the jujitsu part of the fight, so never really watched it, but now that i understand it, its waaaay more entertaining

Cage Warriors 70 takes place in the Helix this August. Tickets aren't on sale yet but Joseph Duffy is fighting on that card.

Would be worth attending.
