    Hey

Just wondering has anyone ever heard of the brand Bentini? What are like for road bikes? I want a racer/road bike to complete some long cycles this year. Just maybe 4/5 100km cycles and some general 30km cycles.

    Any advice?

Yes, this is one of these madey-uppy brands, Bentini, Castello, etc... that all sound slightly more exotic than they are.

In fact these are little more than a garden gate with wheels, cheap ones.. and some even cheaper components. They ride horribly. If you want to spend very little try find a secondhand entry level bike from a reputable brand (there's value out there if you look), or at a stretch the Carerra TDF in Halfords is often cheap at this time of year. Decathalon have a similar model. You don't need to spend a lot of Money for what you need.

Don't get one of these Castell0 / Bentini jobs.. that you usually see advertised by quasi bike shops / gardening equipement shops on Donedeal. They are a pile of crap.
