Toyota Corolla Electric Window Issue

I have a problem where my window will go up and then go down or won't go up or down. A mechanic looked at it and said likely the motor, but can get switches to see and return them if its not them. He's just rang to say a motor is €70 from a breakers and then €40 labour. Is this a good price?
