Front passenger imbalance on tyres - should I say it to dealer?

Hi guys , can anyone recommend what to do in my situation.

Car recently passed NCT (bought it 3months ago NCT'd about 8weeks ago).
Anyways, I noticed the imbalance for front passenger to be 27% (fail Is @ 30% I think). I've noticed on motorways the car pulls to the left slightly but put it down to tyre pressure at the time. 😅

Guy told me everything's fine (& probably noticing it's my first car and I'm a complete yodel when it comes to mechanics) he recommended that I get new tyres soon.

Now my question is should I be saying it to dealer that I want it looked at or is it something which can be "balanced" when I'm getting new tyres fitted?

Any help is greatly appreciated !
    Chris

    Imbalance will be suspension related.
Worn shock spring or bushes. Most likely shock.

Tyre shop will balance tyres and can if you pay more do wheel tracking but neither of these will change imbalance

Some cars with imbalance I've driven have had bad knocks on one of the wings and been straightened out again.

Right ok.. I have to bring the car out to the garage next week to have something else looked at. D'ya reckon I've a case ? Or would it be a case of tough luck!? Because the nct was done as soon as I could get a date the imbalance would have been there all along.
    Cheers for help!

Would it be obvious to a laymen like me if there had been ? Or it's just a case of getting an educated eye to have a look I suppose

Imbalance is something that would come into the car over a period of time.

Sometimes its a broken spring car will probably be lower on that corner.

Shock adsorber could be weak on one side
This would be a common on older/high mileage cars. They can leak fluid when seals start to fail if look at both shocks and one appears to be wet in places then your better off getting both replaced.

In your thread title you say tyre imbalance but the readings suggest suspension imbalance

what does it say on nct report ?
