That's a great price, my GF has one and they're a really good machine. Only issue is getting the pods, don't think the new Lidl nespresso clones would work in this.

They sell the pods in Power City also! ;)

I have one of the higher models of Lavazza machine which is on it's last legs at this stage. I'm going to pick up one of these now to replace it when it really does die. The coffee it makes is really, really good. To the extent that if we are out for a meal now, we rarely bother getting coffee at the end because we know the coffee at home is nicer.

    Cheers OP.

The pods are expensive though. You might be better off waiting for an automatic bean to cup espresso machine at a bargain price. They come up in this forum regularly. Got mine (a DeLonghi which is for sale here in Ireland for around €550 - €600) for £199 including delivery from Amazon a few months ago.

That one only has a .9litre water tank and does not have a milk frothing wand. But the coffee from those lavazza machines is lovely!

Had one of those before in a previous apartment. The Lavazza pod machines work out at around 35c per cup and the absolute minimum of care and maintenance required. Fill it with water and empty the dregs tray every couple of cups. It's absolutely ideal for our purposes and the first machine/system I've had that I'd replace with the same again.
