I posted this query in the Gentleman's Lounge Section also but I have not received any replies.

I wanted to know did anyone have this surgery done and if anyone could recommend a skilled surgeon in the area of uretheral reconstruction.

I cannot find any Surgeon in Ireland with experience in this area, the only person I can come across is a Paul Anderson in the UK.

    Any idea's / tips anyone??

Sure you can that yourself. All you need is a hammer and a couple of nails!
