urethorplasty surgery/urethral stricture

Hi I was wondering did anyone have this surgery done and could they recommend the best surgeon in Ireland to do this. I can't seem to find any information about a skilled surgeon in Ireland in this area, I can only find information on a Paul Anderson in the UK.
