Hello. I am a 30 year old male that has a healthy balance of exercise and nutrition. I never smoked, but do enjoy the occasional night of alcoholic. I am writing to get a better understanding of the latest changes in my body: to be more accurate my legs. I have played football all my life, but I had taken a few years out to focus on other things a few years ago. I have return to football the last 1+ year but I am finding difficulty's with my legs.
I find my calves tightening up at very early stages, the circulation is poor. I find when I wear football socks on match day to cover my shin gears that these symptoms occur faster and more frequently. The socks feel tight. I do not wear shin guards at training as I do not have to pull my socks up. At half time I have to lie on my back and cock my legs over my head to improve circulation (it does help). I do not believe it is only d fault of the socks. Any little tap in the legs I get now, results in bruising for a long period of time. Sometimes my leg muscles get cold for no reason and the rest of my body could be warm.
If anyone has any knowledge or ideas on these symptoms, please feel free to share.
