Hi Talula_d

The line (as distinct from Broadband ) can be provided within 24-48 hours if it has been recently connected and there is a soft dial tone on the line. If it is a brand new line or a reconnection where there is no dial tone on the line we generally advise 10 working days although in some circumstances where it is a brand new line, it can take longer than this depending on extra cabling, equipment etc required.
