Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Another problem...

    The previous owner of a repo house were in the process of buying, didnt register a house we are buying. (they were not living there for 3+ years)

    The registration date of Feb has passed, does that mean we cant get a grant for repairs (necessary)? Even though it was the old owner that didnt register it.
