    Hello,
I would like to become a taxi driver.
For this I have a pair of questions: how much is renting a taxi? And joining a network?
Do you think I could make a living working 8 hours a day paying those fees?
    Thank you

    Hey man,
thought I would reply back to you. Not a taxi driver myself, but looking into it and I know someone who is (they are renting a plate)

Basically you will see alot of taxi's for rent on adverts.ie , donedeal.ie etc. The big difference between ads is that some come with insurance. Some come without. Price ranges from around 115 to 250. So shop around ;)

Can you make a living? of course you can. Sure you wouldn't have so many doing it otherwise. But of course it's not like the golden days of the past.
