Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I applied for part time work in McDonald's and got an email back saying I've an interview next week, in it it says a current entry visa and Immigration Certificate of Registration/GNIB is compulsory to prove my eligibility to work in Ireland, I don't have these but my dad said if I turn up with my birth cert and passport I'll be ok, I've been an Irish citizen all my life, will I be ok without what they want?

You're fine, because you're automatically eligible to work here. Passport will do by itself I'd say.

They put those lines in because some applicants aren#t Irish, and don't have the right paperwork. It's a way to deter them up-front.
