    I was putting some oil into my 2002 VW petrol car tonight but didn't realize I was putting 15W/30 Diesel Oil into it until I had put about 1/3 litre in.
    I haven't driven it since.
    What should I do now?

    Get it drained I'd imagine, change the filter and refill with the correct grade of oil.

    There is no problem with diesel oil in petrol engine. The weight of the oil is more important but as its only a 1/3 of a liter it will mix with the oil already in engine.

    It will be fine to drive until you get a chance to do oil change.
