    Hi,

We bought a house part of an estate, the front of the house is made of brick and painted in white on the other side.
We would like to change the exterior wall to stone/cladding

When I look for the planing permission, because this is a change this might have an impact to the neighbours it looks like I need a planing permission....

My question it's more if anybody already requested this kind of change and what was the out come.

    thanks

Makes no difference if any body else done this before. Your application will be considered based on your street and the effect it may have on the street scape.

I would seek a pre planning consultation with the planner for the area prior to spending money on an application.
