    Hey guys,

systems ye have built lately, are ye sticking with win 7 or going all out for 8.1

im currently building, but will need to get the os tonight online.

    my thoughts, . . .
most companys skipped from xp to win 7 as the others werent talked about well in the media,

i see win 8.1 the same, i can never imagine my company upgrading to that in a million years, .. . too much change from a work point of view,

this is a home PC im building, . . just wondering what most of ye are installing?

    Cheers P_Cash

I'd go for 8.1 if I was building now. With a few little programs you can have it looking like windows 7, except it'll be a bit quicker than 7

I'd also go with Windows 8 too and install the free ClassicShell 4.1 software.
It gives you all the benefits & security of the new Windows 8 OS,
with the look & feel of a familiar Win 7 interface.
