How much on average could you expect a Fr or Frx heifer to milk in her first year in litres?
Also looking for the cost of rearing replacements.?
Also in a grass based system, is there a figure per animal for cost of meal?
    Thanks in advance.

Averages, but there is a big variation.

    4000 to 4500

    €1200.

    From 0 to c. €350

Used to be that the cull cow and the surplus calves financed the replacements, made bank proposal easier. Probably still get away with it if you are planning on black and white , but not jex. Here we go again.:D
