Hi, my friend recently bought a phone from emobile. She accidentally dropped her phone and the screen has  cracked, but it is still working. We wondered if it's covered by warranty? if not, what should we do? Thanks.

    Hi Kobe,

Unfortunately this would not be covered under warranty as it is physical damage.

Your friend would have to send it away for repair but would be liable to pay the charges.
