    Hi,

I really appreciate advice on this as its a difficult decision for me.
I have an opportunity to move to Cork after 20 years in Dublin. I am from Cork originally. Most of my friends are back there now.
I've grown tired of the big city and the cost in the past couple of years.
I have been offered a role but negogiating the salary. Something though is holding me back and I don't know what.
I am not sure if its the new job or moving home. I haven't been happy for a while but I'm afraid that moving home may not be the answer.
I know there is no perfect decision but if anyone else has been through the same thing, I'd appreciate any feedback,

Mods, please feel free to move this if this isn't the right forum,

    Thanks,
    A
