Hi I think I saw this question before somewhere but can not find it anywhere. Hope to start nug in September depending on leaving cert results. I am doing science Could anyone tell me when we start and also would you need to go a couple of days beforehand to get sorted out room ect

On accommodation start looking now. So you want to be in student accommodation or get in a house etc? You would need to go up more than a couple of day beforehand to get a place.
First years Orientation is September 2nd to 5th.

In Orientation you get info on your timetables, subject choice etc as well as support services

Check website of the college as all info is there

Hi I have asked a question on nui website about when 1st years start back. Their answer was Mon 1st sept and there will be no one only first years there. I was wondering do we still have to go to the orientation from 24-27 aug

Yeah, you do. Check which days your orientation is on. It's worth going to, you'll get a campus tour, meet your advisor and the head of course. You get used to the place.

not only first years! Im starting my masters on 1st September!
