Hi Guys I'm interested in putting a 4mtr x 4mtr extension on my house at the back. What is my most economical option as I was looking at bricks, timber frame and cladding. I would like lots of light as I don't want existing back room to be too dark, can you send me options with guide price etc if you can cheers.
