BOI PPI REFUND

Hi is anyone still waiting on a ppi refund from bank of ireland. Was contacted in Oct 2012 to say I mis sold and still have not been refunded. I have contacted the ppi complaints department numerous times and they are saying they have not resolved the issue yet.
