    Who fills out the employer section for FIS application? Is it the school or the Dept?

    Also, how do they fill in the hourly rate of pay for someone who is salaried?

    If you are department paid then it will be Payroll in Athlone. Give them a call and they'll tell you the specific person to send it to.

    Thanks for that. That's good to hear as I'd prefer school not to know I'm applying. I emailed payroll six days ago but got no reply yet. Tried to call them yesterday but they don't take calls on Mondays, Tuesdays and I think the message even said Wednesdays. It advised emailing. So I emailed again today. I wonder will they ever reply...
