Hi all hope someone can help me I charged my phone last night and I was using it, before I went to bed I turned it off, now this morning when I turned it on thers a lightning bolt sign on it and the symbol thats on settings, ive tried to turn it off to no avail, does anyone know what this symbol means?

That usually means it's doing a system update, but for some reason it's frozen. You could try a hard reset and see if that works -
