Looks more substantial than the original, I presume similar Citroen C1 and Peugeot 108 to follow.

Looks more substantial than before, I wonder if it'll be cheap enough?

Big improvement and much less like a tin box

Uk site says starting at £8,600
    Old model €7995

As per any toyota, I wonder what it'll look like once it gets here

I'd say half the toys on that dash will be missing anyway.

It'll look like a Mk1 Yaris by the time it gets here. :pac:

I'm not a fan of the big X thing going on at the front. It's too much.

We won't be getting the one in those pics anyway. When will it be here?

The Peugeot version is the nicest of all three imo and is actually a decent enough looking car

The other two, especially the Toyota aren't great looking at all imo.

The pug is the most cohesive of the 3

Pug looks upmarket, kind of! Have to say I love their new design direction.
It's clean, classy and kind of minimalist. A million miles away from that mpv style vomit they had been pursuing.

Wow, look at the spec in that car, touch screen infotainment system, climate control (in a city car:eek:), bluetooth, multifunction steering wheel, do I even see leather seats as well:eek:?

You can bet your left leg that by the time Toyota Ireland are finished with it, the poverty spec versions will have keep fit windows, none of the fancy stuff mentioned above inside, manual door mirrors, hubcaps etc etc.

I bet even the top spec versions in Ireland won't have half the stuff that UK car has, probably the alloys, fogs, electric windows and mirrors, but definitely no a/c let alone climate control or the bluetooth or MFSW etc. And definitely no leather either!

As for the looks, I happen to think the Toyota looks the best, I know the "X" thing at the front is a bit naff, but it's certainly not the usual Toyota boring dross. The Citroen looks the worst IMO.

Yeah the Citroen looks a bit like the Nissan Juke lost a bar fight. Pug is definitely the best looking of these three.

In fairness to Toyota they have been aggressively advertising the Sol spec cars on their radio ads. I'm still seeing too much Terras around though although most new Corollas are coming well equipped.

Aside from looking a little bit like it's Bane, I actually quite like the front end of that. It's very aggressive. Would like to see it re-worked and used on their other cars. :)

    It's very aggressive.

Not a sentence I ever thought I'd hear describing a Toyota Aygo!

I think it's a good thing. Makes it look less like a kitchen appliance. :p
