Hi, was just wondering what forms you need when applying for JSA? Under 24 & living at home but can't find any information on what documentation I'll need to apply. I understand that I need photo ID, bank statements, proof of address, p45 etc. but what forms/documentation do I need for the habitual section, i.e. to prove parents income (one is self employed)? Thanks.

You don't need habitual residence info unless you were out of the country.

Thanks for the reply but those links don't tell you what exact forms or details you need to have to prove your parents income amount. As one of my parents is self employed recently, there's not much documentation. What proof do I need to prove what their income is?

As one of your parents is self-employed your means will be sent to an inspector for investigation. The inspector will write out to you and let you know what they will need.
