Will this pick up 13e?

You may pick up a few transponders but you certainly wont pick them all up. Also it will be more likely to suffer from bad weather.

I once used a Sky dish for 13e and only picked up half the channels, so I now use a Triax TD88, this is 88cm.

I think the standard size of a Sky dish in Ireland is 60CM, so your one is slightly smaller.

I have my normal dish pointed at 28.2e obviously... its a serious hassle to get at it and move it though, im wondering if i would be able to pick up 13e or 19e sateillites with this piece of kit ,

plan is to just sit it outside on the grass so taking it apart will be easy whenever i want to watch the footy from other providers.

Maybe upgrade your existing dish to one like this and add LNBs for Hotbird 13e and Astra 19.2e - http://www.satworld.ie/maximum-e-85-multifocus-satellite-dish.html

No. And especially not for that money!!!

Replace your dish get a TD88 and stick three lnbs on a bracket with a diseqc switch. Your box does the switching.

Triax TD88 and wall mount €45

TRIAX TD MULTIBLOCK LNB HOLDER for 4 LNB's €15

    A 4 x 1 Diseqc Swich €5

    A Universal Quad LNB. €15

    2 Single Lnbs 19E and 13E. 2 x €5. €10

Some cable and f connectors. €15

In or around a €100. Once you do it yourself. Remember a dish does not have to be on a chimney. It can be on a back wall.

Thanks, can you recommend a multi lnb bracket that works perfectly with the triax? Also could i get away with anything smaller... even if it's just on 13e and 28.2e i wouldnt mind... 88cm is a bit too big for my place. I don't really mind getting a new dish and stuff just a bit smaller... im in the southwest

The Triax also comes in a 78cm, called a TD78 (but I would suggest you get the 88 as you may need it in the south west for some channels on 13E).

The specific lnb bracket is made for the TD series is called "TRIAX TD MULTIBLOCK LNB HOLDER". It looks like this >

    13E 19E 23E //26E 28E

    Sat Planet

    SatMedia Store
    or http://www.ebay.ie/sch/satmediastore/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=

would be the cheapest for all that stuff together. What type box do you have ?

One more question... could i set this up on the ground before i put it up on the wall? , im planning on getting the td78 and multiblock, then maybe i could set it up on the ground with a tripod and move all lnbs to correct positions from there? then just putting it up on the wall and finding astra 19.2e on the center and the others will automatically be set up? ... also assuming astra 19 is the centered one do i set the elevation on the dish to 27?
