    Hi all

My sister is looking to print out a few of my photos and hang them in her house....
She was talking A4 size. All photos were taken with canon eos 450d--most are jpeg (highest quality) and i have some that are RAW files (with the resulting jpeg from lightroom processing). I have them looking ok to the eye on my laptop but know this doesn't necessarily mean she can go printing out A4 copies and they will look good!...

    So my question(s) are:

    * where in Dubin can i bring the JPEG and/or RAW files and the technician can tweak the file if needed (sharpening, saturation, contrast etc) so they will look good in A4 format

    cheers in advance

Print out the images @ 4*6 and see how they look at your local photo printing place.
Tweek what you can tweek to improve them in software-edit.
Ask advice here on any of the tweeks you are unsure of.
Post one of the photos here and ask for C&C.
Re-tweek according to advice taken from here.
    Print @ 8*12.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

    thanks for that OldGoat
    will do as you suggested
Also emailed Steve to see about prices etc--not sure that will be an option thought as my sister was saying she was able to print out in the local pharmacy for 4 euro each a4 size!!--Seems very cheap to me!

Will your local pharmacy do all this for €4?

hi pullandbang---my sister said they would do a4 prints for 4 euro--not sure about tweaking of the file etc though

took the advice and emailed Steven Crozier and seems very reasonable price wise so will avail of his expertise
