I got 2 letters last week saying I have been allowed to get JSA. One of them said to go in and sign on Monday the 16th between 9.30 and 11.30, so I did. The place was dead - I went and asked at information and she told me the date had been written wrong and I was supposed to sign on Tuesday the 15th of July.

But the second letter I got said that my first payment would be at my post office tomorrow? How am I supposed to get it?

If you don't have a PPS card or a temporary document, then bring that second letter with you to the Post Office and some other kind of ID as well, passport or driving licence, ideally something with your photo on it.
