I have the known issue of leaking injector seals in my 05 C4 1.6 hdi .My regular mechanic says injector 2 and 4 are leaking. The problem is that he can't remove injector 4 as it is stuck!
I have read on this forum about a specialized pulling tool ,so does anyone know of a mechanic who has the equipment to remove the injector?
I live in Dublin 12 so anywhere near enough to there would be great.

I'd try Blackchurch Motors (Ford Jedi on here)

Had the same problem a few years back on a c4 1.6hdi....Ended making a pullers that hasn't let me down yet.
If you were based in the west I could give a crack at it for you..:)

    If all else fails!
But while you are here, what are the ramifications of driving on with the leaking injectors ?(I'm assuming a failed nct on emmissions)

The longer you leave it leaking the harder it will be to remove the injector....The black carbon builds up around the top of the head and makes a total mess.
Also if it leaks into the head it could create carbon deposits that you don't want mixing with the oil.
Its best get it sorted as soon as you can.
