New version of UCD connect - Unable to access "software for u"

    Hi everyone

    They made some changes to ucd connect and now I cant access the software for U tab to use endnote - I get a screen saying

    Unable to Access External System
    For security reasons, you are required to re-enter your Luminis password to access external system: IT Software Applications

    Anyone any ideas what to do or who to get in touch with about this?

    You need to enter your Connect (Luminis is the underlying product name) password the first time you want to use Software 4U, the system will only present this screen to you again if/when you change your password.
