Are vegan buttery spreads good for you or just tasty?

I'm using Suma soy spread as a substitute for butter at the moment. I'm not a huge butter fiend or anything, I just bought it because it has a few vitamins listed at the back. But I mean, it's still probably bad for you overall, isn't it?

I normally use soya butter. Usually just get the alpro one here. I've never thought of them as a healthy thing, normal butter is not a healthy thing. They probably are healthier than real butter ye, but the less of them used the better.

Butter is back in the 'healthy' books again it appears.

Butter was always healthy, butter substitutes tend to be bad.
