    Aldi have decent ones for below that price

    The only Aldi ones I have seen are self propelled which I don't want or need.

    you dont need to engage the self propelled option, its a lever

    yep, I think most self propelled ones are push by default and there is a secondary lever (the other being the kill switch) to engage the gear for the wheels to move
