Anyone recommend a bike rental company(road bikes) that also do guided spins, we're staying near Salo. 100k + with some hills.
    Thanks in advance.

This guy Mauro has a rental shop in Desenzano - 0039 030 9905936, he could guide you too I'm sure, you could spin around the lake, the whole way on the boardwalk route, mainly lake side roads, its about 147km but all flat.

Otherwise, you could do Monte Baldo or any of the other significant climbs around the lake area, some very steep climbs on almost all of them.

Here is a link to some good lake area road spins with lots of climbing:

I rented from http://www.ilciclistadisirmione.com last year and can recommend them. I got a Giant TCR and it was fine.

+1 on Monte Baldo, it's a great climb. And I'd recommend getting away from the lake road, it's very busy (cars and cyclo-tourists), makes for a fume-filled stop-start ride if you don't.
