GARMIN 500 help

    hello all
    whilst try to 'upload and sync' to strava from my garmin 500 it shows 'error' for my cycle yesterday and today,any ideas on how to fix this ? it uploaded to garmin connect no problem. any help appreciated.

    Maybe export the ride from gaarmin connect and try uploading that?

    Try uploading a manual file and just navigate to the Garmin likely D: or E: drive, go to E://Garmin/Activities and upload the 2 most recent files and see if that works.

    Garmin recently switched the way it syncs to Garmin connect. Strava needs the Garmin connector plug in for your browser if you want to load it directly to Strava from your browser. Google Garmin connector. It's still available on the Garmin website. Instal that and it should work.
