Is changing the pollen filter usually included in a 'full service'?

Just curious, quoted by a local garage, 160 for full service, 140 if they don't change the pollen filter. I can't lay hands on the list I got last time around for what was included in the full service. Just wondering is that usually included, or considered an optional 'extra'? Thanks.

    Optional extra.
Full service would be air & oil filters, engine oil and spark plugs. Inspection on brakes, suspension etc.

I wouldn't just assume what a Full Service is. It's not like there's a definition somewhere! Ask, I would doubt it would even include sparks. But just ask.

Full service is like a piece of string. Should always specify what you want.

Thanks for the replies. They listed the things included, and I will check when I drop it in. It was just a new one on me that they made a point of mentioning the pollen filter.

Indeed. The term should even be banned as it seems to confuse everyone.
