PS3 games for e5 in Tesco

    Hi lads,

    This was reported a few months back but I was in Tesco Dooradoyle Limerick a few minutes ago, and near the exit door they have cardboard stand with a crap load of PS3 games (Some DS \ 360) for 5 euro.

    I picked up the following

    Super Street Fighter IV
    Final Fantasy XIII
    Tomb Raider Underworld

    They had a crap load of other games. The other ones I can remember are:

    Virtua tennis 4
    FIFA 13
    Far Cry 2
    WRC Rally (not sure of version)
    WWE (2 different titles)

    Cant remember the other but must have been at least 20+ titles

    Not bad value if you missed out on a few titles.

    It depends on the availability.

    Theres some old PS3 games for sale which no one would bother with.

    Fairly decent selection in Stillorgan Tesco.

    Think I saw Batman Arkham City for €10 and
    COD Modern Warfare €3

    A bit harsh their mate....

    Superstreet fighter 4 - Meteocritic 9.2
    Final Fantasy XIII - Meteocritic 8.3
    Tomb Radier - Meteocritic 7.5

    Hardly Rubbish scores...... and well worth the 5 quid price.

    Far Cry 2 isn't rubbish. Slow burner, but worth the patience.

    Far Cry was very good (at the time). Far cry 3 was very good. Far cry 2 was just frustrating. Cool concept. Poor execution. I suppose it was a new IP for ubisoft and they were finding their feet with it but I found it was a chore.

    I agree with you in regards to the first few hours of gameplay completely. It was as hard a game to get into as any, but it paid off in the end. I really enjoyed it overall.

    It's true though, Far Cry 3 is the game Far Cry 2 should have been.
