I was going to buy some thinking it was healthy, read ingredients guess how much almonds?
2%. It is mainly composed of sugar and water. What's going on here, where is the consumer protection? Also I noticed Innocent smoothies bulk up their products with cheaper apple and banana juice but label it strawberry/cherry.

One the smoothie issue that's pretty common in commercial smoothies. Even in a smoothie bar you'll usually get them throwing a banana and some orange juice in.

On the almond milk issue I'm not sure it's a problem. Cows milk is 87% water and 5% sugar so there's only 8% milk solids in milk. Considering almonds are quite strong tasting it's not unreasonable to think that 8% almonds would be quite strong tasting.

I have made my own almond milk and it's roughly 3 to 4 cups of water to 1 cup of almonds. They need to be soaked first in order to fully break them down.
