Phillipines second visit in one year

I went to the Philippines in April for three weeks.. You dont need a visa if your stay doesnt exceed 21 days which was great, however I am now planning a second visit for October.

My question is since I have already been to the Phillipines this year can I still visit it again on the same conditions that I can stay for 21 days visa free? Is the 21 day policy for within the one year only or is it per visit?

I can't book my flight until I get a solid answer:(

Here is a link to the 21 day visa free policy but it doesnt say if thats per visit or for 21 days within a given year only.

Without having any definite information on the issue, I would expect that subsequent visits in the year are OK. Living in Ireland this might be unusual, but say you were an Irish person in Australia or Singapore than such people might well visit more often and business people all the time.

Yes, no problems whatsoever - and if you need to extend past the initial 21 days you can pay around 35 euro at the Bureau of Immigration office or satellite office in whatever city you are going to be in and extend to 2 months (normally takes an hour or so).

Basically every time you exit and enter the Philippines your visa is "Reset"

FYI you can actually you can stay so long as you like. Just renew your visa every 2 months, keep your visa is current and leave the country at least once every 16 months (anywhere outside the Philippines e.g. Macau/Hong Kong) to reset your status.

    Hope that helps you.

PM me if you need more info.
