Could someone recommend any good arm stretching exercises. I've been told by a personal trainer that i have some tightness around my shoulder and because of it, my vertical movement is limited. Is there any stretches that would help with this ?

So let me get this straight:

    1. You have been advised by a professional - to whom you have presumably paid over some of your hard-earned cash - that you have a problem, and said professional recommended what you need to do to fix said problem.
    2. That's not enough for you. You think that you need to ignore the professional's advice and do more.
    3. You reckon that complete randomers on the internet are the right people to ask about precisely what "more" to do.

Does that about sum it up?

Just follow the advice of the person who knows what's what, FFS!

Don't remember asking for criticism, you have no idea what the situation is so shut your face, Thank you!

    Whatever.

It's your health. Cause yourself further injury if you want. Just don't come crying to me if you do.
