Ladies Dutch style bike recommendation?

My wife is in the market for a new bike through the Cycle to Work scheme. Her list of retailers excludes on-line retailers. She reckons that she might like a Dutch style bike but I can't find anything that weighs the same as a hefty anchor.

Is it possible to buy a sub 12kg bike in that style (and if so, where?) or does the design require heavier tubing resulting in them all weighing as much as two road bikes?

Penny Farthing (not that I rate them) on Camden St, Dublin, had these a while ago and I thought they looked OK. Might not be 'Dutch' enough for you.

There was a place on the north Quays selling cheap (crap-looking IMO) Dutch bikes. Not sure if they're there any more.

Cheers for that - think we'll head in to one of the local shops over the weekend and see if she takes a shine to a more conventional (and lighter) option
