    Looks like Rubus Tricolore, (creeping bramble) often used as a ground cover.

    Looks like creeping blackberry - rubus tricolor I think. (or a close relative) It spreads like mad but is great for a place that you can't easily get to, can't mow etc, but in a flower bed with other plants it will generally out-compete them
