Women Only Swimming Sessions.

Can anyone let me know if there is a Women Only swimming session in Cork City please. While looking after my Mum who had cancer I put on a lot of weight which I am now trying to loose. In the past. I swam daily and now that I have time on my hands I want to return to it.
