Negotiate Mortgage rate based on LTV

After building our house we have discovered that our Loan to Value is better than we expected. In other words the value is much more than first considered and submitted to bank for approval.

Is there any way that we can leverage this this healthy LTV to renegotiate our mortgage interest rate with our current bank?

In addition Is there scope these days to move to another bank and either move or else use moving as a bargaining chip with our current bank?
