Stove Gravity question?

    Does hot water return pipe have to be higher than stove flow pipe for gravity to work or does the flow pipe from cylinder have to be higher than flow from stove and return doent matter any help be greatly appreciated thanks

    The flow out of the stove must rise all the way to the top of the coil on the cylinder. The return should always stay below or level with the flow pipe is basically how it works. Make sure to vent the flow at the highest point by the cylinder. Make sure you know how it works or you could get into serious trouble when you light the stove.

    What height should return of cylinder be ?
    Above from height of stove ?
    Just is a high cylinder flow is rising to cylinder alright just worried about return pipe it is on higher that flow from stove
