    Hi all,

I have an interview for an office-based position in ICON Clinical Research soon. Can anyone give me an insight into what their interviews are like?

    Thanks! :)

Telephone interview conducted by HR only and typically used to screen applicants, if you've gotten that far I would imagine that should you not mess it up that you'd be invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager, a HR rep and possibly a SME for the job youre applying for.

Could anyone who works there tell me if the Sandyford or Central Park luas is closer? And how long does it take from town? Thanks! :)

Apparently the walking decent from the two is the same according to Google Maps, despite central park being closer!

Interview went really well! Then got "We've other people to interview" at the end, which has always been the kiss off death for me. It kinda fizzled at end after going so well. Ah well...

Yeah, not knowing the area, I wasn't in the know. Google Maps often doesn't pick up on that stuff. And the poster who replied doesn't work there so I didn't want to go by that.

Don't worry about the interview. You can never really know how it went until they make up their minds. The person who went in after you could have been drunk for all you know. Be positive.

The other person they interviewed got the job. :(

They really, really liked me, I did a great interview, but they just had more experience. Arrggh. So disappointed. It would have given me exactly the experience I needed. And my current job is mind-numbing and slowly driving me up the wall.

And there's nothing out there at the moment, something better won't come along.

Putting serious thought into emigration, the job market is too tough here.
